| I did four henna and harquus lectures at Pennsic,
and henna at "Touch the Earth" and . Their daughters
want henna on every arm, leg, hand, foot, face, back! I always do
them free because they're such wonderful people. They decided they
wanted harquus all the time. I showed them how to work with Temptu,
and gave them all my extra henna supplies. I think they'll both be
excellent henna artists soon!
Thieir family is building a dream house shaped like a yurt, and they sell wonderful Turkistani, Uzbecki, Rajasthani, Pakistani, and African textiles, clothing and musical instruments. The girls adore playing dress up all summer in cholis, saris, and Middle Eastern bits of fluff, and they love their horses and goats back home. Their mom braids their hair in 7 plaits for camping, and both of them study Middle Eastern dance.
