Put the sock full of henna paste into a carrot bag with the tip cut so the air will squeeze out.
Hold the sock firmly in the carrot bag, just above the paste, and pull, pull, pull the sock until the paste squishes through the sock into the carrot bag.
Pull the sock clear out, squishing all the good smooth strained henna paste into the carrot bag and leaving the lumpy cruddy stuff in the toe of the sock. Smile because that is junk that WON'T get stuck in your metal tip!
Use this carrot bag full of paste to fill other carrot bags, or to store extra paste in the freezer. Back
